Hello I'm Jannelle your host for Banks Grove and Farm. Here, we keep things simple, beautiful, and connected to nature - a place where community and authenticity still matter.

 

With a background rooted in hospitality and a degree in photography, my journey began behind the camera as a photojournalist. Before long, I found myself drawn into the world of weddings, capturing love stories for over 25 years. Along the way, I explored every side of the industry - from catering and event design to, eventually, growing my own floral and produce farm. Each chapter has been a hands-on lesson in creativity, connection, and the simple joy of bringing people together.

When this little piece of farmland came into my life, it felt like the stars aligned - a moment of quiet clarity that said, this is where it all comes together. Now, I’m cultivating a humble and heartfelt space where couples can celebrate intimate, down-to-earth weddings that feel like home, Farm to Table Community Dinners, Classes, and Porch and Barn Concerts.

 

 Along with offering the space itself, I’m happy to be your guide, connecting you with trusted vendors - from officiants to DJs and florists - all people I’ve come to know and love throughout my years in the industry. Together, we’ll craft a celebration that’s real, meaningful, and truly yours.
